Greenleaf Book Group, LLC and its affiliates (collectively, “GBG”), recognizes the importance of protecting your personally identifiable information (such as your name, telephone number, e-mail address and other contact information, collectively, "PII") that you provide to GBG. This Privacy Policy sets forth our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of your PII through your use of www.greenleafbookgroup.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy also explains how you can correct or change the PII we hold about you, or opt out of receiving certain marketing and promotional materials.

This Privacy Policy is incorporated into, and part of, the Terms of Use, which govern the Site. When you use this Site, you consent to the use of your PII by Greenleaf Book Group LLC and its affiliates (collectively, 'GBG') in the manner specified below.

How we collect this information will depend on how you use our services. However, due to the nature of the internet and developing technologies, we cannot provide assurances as to the security of your information, and GBG expressly disclaims any such obligations. Website Tracking and the Use of Cookies and Other Technologies [TOP]

GBG may collect and store certain information about your visit to the Site, including but not limited to your IP address, your browser software and operating system, the date and time you access the Site and the Internet address of the Web site from which you linked to the Site (collectively, “clickstream data”) through the use of web bugs, e-mail bugs, clear GIFs, web beacons, tracker GIFs, data logs and similar methods. We use these technologies, for example, to identify our users, to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer and promote our and our affiliates' and business partners’ web sites and services.

You agree that any cause of action that may arise under this Privacy Policy shall be commenced and be heard in the appropriate court in the State of Texas, County of Travis.
