Pat Hiban

Pat Hiban has been a successful realtor for 25 years, currently operating a Keller Williams franchise. Keller Williams is the 2nd-largest residential real estate company in the U.S., with more than 650 offices and 75,000 agents.

Pat has sold more than $1 billion worth of residential real estate one house at a time. In its best year, the Pat Hiban Group sold $207 million worth of residential real estate. Pat began his career right out of college, and his first client was his father, who asked Pat to sell a $50,000 condo. Pat earned only $13,200 during his first year in business, and he still has the 1099 from that year on his bulletin board, to remind him of his humble start.

By working hard and using all the ideas he has compiled in 6 steps to 7 figures, he quickly doubled his annual salary in his 2nd year in business, then tripled that by year 3, and was earning over $100,000/year while he was still in his 20s.
